As a dolphin fan, I will say, He is a nice guy, (from what I hear) a "player's coach" but, he doesnt have what it takes to coach at this level. He would be a GREAT college coach, and most likely will almost definitly get a job as a head coach next season. But in a huge market like miami, Its unacceptable, Hence most fans hatred for him.
Me, Im happy there is a change, and Im looking foward to better things!
