Its all about the diet
Some things work for different people but I have been lifing for about 8 years now and Diet is the main thing that people over look. For someone with a high metabolizm heavey Protien loading is a must. You should be eating 6-8 times a day, small meals. If you think you are eating enough protien, then eat more. Drink LOTS of water. Hit the gym up to 6 days lifting with different muscle groups each day i.e. back and bi's chest, and tris, shoulders and abs., ect. only do cardio 3 days a week to maintain the metabolizm you have. You will find that if you stick to it, the mass will come.
