Lots of protein, lots of lifting. However, there's a catch, when you exercise you increase your metabolism, you burn more cals, not just during your exercise period, but even afterwards. Therefore, make sure you take in enough protein, I'd sugest starting at 4000 Cals a day total (including food...) for starters then titrating up or down. Give it about 3 wks to a month before you change as it may take a while to notice.
