Just go to the gym and lift. You don't need any supplements right off the bat, just lots of effort and hard work. You should definitely notice some gains at the beginning if you haven't been working out. And don't dive right in on the first day, take it slow, otherwise your muscles will be outstandingly sore and will take longer to rebuild since they haven't been active. So start off slow and build up from there. And don't start by lifting everyday, I'd say no more than 3 times a week, if that.
