i want to gain
i know this is going to sound stupid, maybe, but i really want to gain some more weight. i'm a 5'10 male, about 160, lean side and would like to gain some pounds in the form of muscles etc. what do you guys recommend as the best most healthiest way to gain some weight? i'm going to start a workout program as well such as weightlifting. it seems, though, that i've been stuck at my current weight for a long time due to my metabolism. i can eat anything and not gain weight. any suggestions?
