I've never scrapbooked. At least not anything beyond a big scrapbook I kept in Elementary school of my accomplishments.
I have thought about trying it out. My biggest reason for not doing it, well my 2 biggest reasons - 1. TIME - I'm already struggling just to get laundry done and when I have free time I'd rather sit and read quietly usually. 2. MONEY - I see the costs for things at the stores and to get started I imagine could be pretty expensive.
I have recently noticed that the Dollar Tree near me has a lot of scrapbook stuff. Pages, stickers, sticky frames, confetti, albums even. If I were to start I'd probably start out there so that my initial investment wouldn't be too great if I found I couldn't stick with it.
Also I've not seen any good scrapbooks done with all the stuff they've got out there. I've seen the sample stuff on craft channels or commercials but I've not seen any that REAL

person created with their time and rescources. Can it look that good? I wouldn't want it all that busy. What does a regular person usually end up with? A bunch of pieces of stuff and photos? or something that people really do want to look at?? I imagine it could be something fun to do with my daughter. She's starting to get old enough to do some stuff like that. Maybe I could make it a project that she creates and let it be hers. Maybe I should go ahead and try it.
