I don't think that anyone has mentioned this yet, but you could try having smaller meals more frequently. Supposedly you get real hungry in between meals on a 3-a-day diet, and end up eating more than you should. Breaking it up into 5 meals should prevent that. If your job/lifestyle doesn't permit that, cut back the meals a little and have
healthy snacks. Something like a few carrot sticks, wheat crackers, an orange, whatever.
Oh and have sex as often as possible. I can't remember the numbers, but it burns quite a few calories
