You are right about the useage of the word pussy. The same goes for dick. You can say "you are such a dick" but you can talk about your dick or doing things to your dick.
The reference to south park is incorrect however. The FCC has no control over what they say or show, day or night. They could probably show hardcore porn if they wanted to. However, if they did all their sponsors would drop them in a second and every cable company would drop them as well. They self censor to please the public and advertisers but have no legal requirements.
The secret stash only happens late at night because sponsors and parents don't really care as much about what is played at 2am because the kids are in bed.
