Don't sprint to the finish line.
One complaint I heard before I reached enlightenment :P, was that as she was getting close I would speed up, or increase presure or just change what I was doing. Basically as she got excited, I got excited and started going like mad. Once I was able to train myself to maintain the pace I was much more successful in getting girls (just one girl now) off.
