my advice would be to do more teasing. do a lot of non penetrating/non touching the vagina parts of making love. I'm assuming you already do these things, the most important step in getting a girl off is turning her on. you have to work at the neck and the ears and the boobs and lick around the waist line. There's so many things you can do, you need to get her revved up to the point where she needs you to be going down on her or fucking her. its really only hurting yourself when your girl isn't all the way in the mood and you're going down, it takes a lot more work to get her off if she's just sorta turned on and you're kissing the kitty.
