One little bit of advice I recieved was to keep doing what you are doing when she's twitching, shuttering, random mumbling, screaming...etc. My friend told me that it ruins it when she's about to cum, and he starts doing something different. Just keep doing what you're doing, no faster, no slower. You can add something else, but just don't stop what you were originally doing. Hope this helps. Let us know.
