Something about warm drinks telling the brain this is like food therefore it will be fulfilled. Also it concentrates the mind away from food.
Another thing that you could try doing if you don't already do so is cook your own food. I don't mean put some pre cooked stuff in the oven/mircowave and consume, i mean cook from raw ingrediants. Not only do you not feel so hungry after cooking but after while you get so bored of cooking lots, you gradually cook less and less till you cook the bare minimum that you need. Plus all this standing around putting this energy in to chopping and cleaning veg is like a little workout.
Final advice that doesn't contain doing alot of exercise is stop drinking the soft drinks and subsitute for water. I done this about 3 years back and you only have cravings in the two weeks and thereafter its plain sailing. Know i can even drink the cokes of the world i just hate the sweetness. More you drink the fuller you'll feel meaning the less you're want to eat. Fruit and veg are better than chocolate and crisp.
Hope some of this helps. Sure other people will suggest other things that are better than all this advice but i'd say start small and build you way up to your goals. Good Luck.

superiorrain I was about to post the same thing.
I am 5'10'' and toped out at 315 I am still working but am now down to 270. The first 15 ponds I lost were from giving up fast food and soda. I did not work out or change any thing about my life. After that I needed to make other changes inorder to loose more. But start small once you start loosing you billed momentom.
Good Luck
