tons of people in there who were very overweight and now are in the best shape of their life, simply by doing some research and getting motivated. This site has changed a *lot* of people's lives, including the site's owner, who has documented the process daily with food logs and pictures...and everyone there is incredibly supportive and helpful.
I just got on there about 3 months ago when I decided I was tired of walking around with the extra weight i put on since college and in 3 months I am in better shape than 5 years ago...It just took some research, some dedication and some serious thought about where I wanted to be. (And what i wanted to look like when I am in Thailand for 4 months diving and surfing

No shit. Check out the website, surf the forums, do some reading on Nutrition and Cardio and in 4 months you will be a new man. I kid you not.
