ABC is either full of shit or the threat is very low. In the case of most terrorist groups, you have a group of people who do not have the recources to pull off an attack of even a fraction of 9/11's size.

Do you really doubt that al Qaeda attacked us? I can't pull up an immediate news report, but it's overtly obvious. First, there was bin Laden on video talking about the attacks in intimate detail. There were numerous monetary ties. There were communications between the leaders of al Qaeda, including the order to carry out the attacks.
If ABC has a tape that they're not showing, then hooray for them. Releasing the tape can only lead to confusion, which is exactly what the terrorists want.
