To be fair, McGreevy inherited a horrible budget situation from the last governor and suffered a huge economic downturn. That said, he hasn't done much about it. I think "pretty sorry excuse for a governor" is a accurate term. and this is coming from a Democrat.
I'm for Rush Holt for governor in '05, but he's too clean to get nominated i imagine.
