No. Any case that has clips in it can only accept one size fan. Why would you want 90 mm fans anyway? The holes are the same size, so more air won't go through. The only benefit I can see is that they'll be quiter (they tend to run at a lower RPM), but this can be accomplished by lowering the RPM of the 80 mm fans with a controller or getting smart fans, anyway. If you do want bigger fans, and you do cut the case (which you'd have to), I would recommend 120 mm. They will be able to push the same amount of air at a much lower RPM, meaning a much quiter case.
And a side note... shouldn't the fans on the side be pointing in? That way cool air goes onto the processor and graphics card then gets sucked out the back with everything else. That's how mine is set up, and it stays cooler than if I flip that fan around.
