Believe it or not, you can control the size of your breasts, to a degree, with exercise. This is why female body builders to not have breasts. They simply worked them off. For you to recommend that surgery is the only way to improve your appearance frightens me.
I don't think Rachel wants to become a bodybuilder.
I have many friends and acquaintences who got back into shape after giving birth, and not one of them "[have] horrid looking breasts that don't 'match' the rest of her appearance." Why are you pushing so heavily for the "easy out" of plastic surgery? Why do you think that taking measures to improve your overall appearance and health is such a horrible idea?

I'm not saying that exercise and dropping bodyfat is a bad idea, what I am saying is that a postpartum woman who complaining of sag severe enough to be considering plastic surgery BEFORE she sets foot in a gym is not likely to see anything but MORE sagging if she works out, diets and lowers her body fat.
Remember,we cannot pick and choose where we shed body fat and sadly women who are small breasted to start with usually shed bodyfat in the breast area first..think of what the breast is made up of after all.
