This line sums up her current thinking I think.
She obviously likes you, but for what ever reason, cannot make the type of commitment you want.
Keep her as a friend, if you are able - good friends are hard to find, but try and move on.
Find hobbies and interests in new areas that expose you to a new and wider audience of friends of all types and good luck - you WILL find her.
