Anyone know anything about lucid dreaming? Have you experienced it?
Hi...I want to know more about lucid dreaming from you ppl...all I know about it is that you are aware that you are sleeping and you can control things around you...how do you do it? Is it a skill or something you practice at? Has anyone here ever had this experience before? I think I have had it twice but it didn't last long...it was a LOOONG time ago tho
