I don't know. I got a 29 on my college ACTs, which puts me in the top 2%.

I currently have a 3.7 average in my Comp Sci degree.

I have a 4.0 average in my math minor.

I've managed an analytical xray section and put together training programs and technical presentations for my management team.

So I would have to say the evidence indicates, "no".
