There's a reason that they are allowed to spew their hate across the United States uninhibited.
Putting aside the semantics of "limitation" vs " responsibility" (others: don't ask ), I see absolutely no reason why what Cameron Diaz is saying is not completely, 100% protected by her right to free speech. Is she an absolute idiot for saying it? Definitely. But there's nothing in it that directly creates danger to someone else's life or well-being. So, I don't see where your statement - whether it's even accurate or not - has any application to what Dwayne was pointing out. He's right. She has the freedom - the right - to express her opinion in this way. And we have the freedom to call her a moron with the IQ of a baseball bat for it.

actually you're right secret. What she said is in total abidance with the law and her right. I guess I worded myself wrong. I was mearly pointing out (just as me and you went over this for what 2 hours) that a person cannot simply say anything about anyone at anytime. Like I've said before, and you will have to agree with this or something is just wrong, is that Free Speech while protected by the Constitution *Does* have limitations. Such as you cannont make a speech that could incite a riot. You cannot slander, you cannot use your words to cause harm to another person, directly or indirectly. Sure you can call people what you want and even slur them, that's your right. But you cannot (and you pointed this out yourself) cause harm with your words. Eceptions include, Obsenity, defamation, breach of the peace, incitment to crime, "fighting words" and sedition. I'm not saying that Cameron Ditsy Diaz did any of this. I was mearly trying to make a point and get something out there.
EXCEPTIONS TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH
