http://www.meggala.com/driftcss.htm that should give you some idea what it is, basically you swing the arse end around and opposite lock in a turn. You've gotta keep the wheels spinning fast enough to not spin out.
Camaro might be ok, but I don't think the balance is great, and generally you want fairly good balance in a car for drift.
Silvias, rx7s, 200sx, Cefiro, Skyline GTSt, etc etc. Turbo cars don't make it harder, you've just gotta keep it in the rev range to keep getting the forced induction.
It'd also be helpful to mention what country you're in. Australians wouldn't have problems getting any of the cars I mentioned, but would find it very hard to get a Camaro. New Zealanders could get any car...
