I once asked a Staples employee in the computer department, "Which different thermal pastes do you carry?", and the response was "Thermal paste? What's that?"
It's too bad most smaller towns have to rely on Staples to get their computer products (other than ordering online), because the prices are so high and the customer service sucks; but I guess I shouldn't single out Staples, as Office Depot and Future Shop are the same.
