yep. one you use it - and have some patience - winmx can be pretty neat. however, you CAN change the configurations to your advantage. i also use overnet connected to edonkey, and you can adjust some parameters but there's less freedom to change. however, that really makes for a fairer group of file sharers.
winmx is easy because it configures so much for you on installation; overnet needs an open port allowance on your router and firewall, which can be a little tricky for a newbie.
