intecel ... the 30g-40g is an old myth, some general truth but far from that exact
best supplement is a good post workout drink
get a nice tasting and cheap WPC
WPC = whey protein concentrate .. NOT WPI
next make sure it has NO carbohydrates or if it does only a few grams at most per 100g of product
then go to a keg/home brew shop and buy some dextrose .. very very cheap
start with
~30-50g of protein
~20-40g of dextrose made up on water or milk
if you choose this ideal then keep posting and we can fine tune the ratio
MUST start sipping within minutes of finishing the workout
may take 30-45minutes to finish but MUST start drinking straight away
none of this "I'll make it when i get home bullshit"
