She may just be getting really excited with all the talk. Maybe you should visit her or her visit you, tell her that you need to take this a little slow cause it's your first time, and just have a good weekend. Talk has a way of moving a whole lot faster than actions, since you can talk about what to do before you actually are able to do it. She may have just gotten comfortable with all the talk and moved on with talking about stuff even though you haven't moved on with actions.
