I would have said 'dildo' as well...but it sounded like they already had one, if she knew she could orgasm with something inside of her, but not during sex.
I would definitely not rule out a dildo, but by no means think that is the only way to meet your qualifications. There is no reason that with a little creativity and a sense of adventure you two can't achieve simultaneous orgasms.
