I like it simply -- marinate it in some soy sauce...(throw it in a big ziploc bag, throw in some soy sauce, and some crushed garlic) Let it marinate for a few hours.
Then before throwing it on the grill, sprinkle generously with fresh cracked black pepper and some salt (I am not a salt user generally, but it makes beef so much better)
I also like my beef practically still moo'ing, but London Broil, I like medium rare.
