Yeah, you have to take at exactly the same time every day. If you're off by a few hours with "normal" birth control, you'll be fine. With POP, not so. It's compleatly ineffective.
I assumed my doctor told me all the information I needed to know about the birth control and did not do any research on it afterwards. Nor did she tell me it was a POP. So, I'm a bit ticked off at the doctor. We've since changed insurance plans and I am fortunatly no longer with such a neglagent doctor.
