Well I just started working out and I would like to take a protein shake before I work out or something or after. So Whey Protein will do the stuff? What's with all the different Whey brands? I am not looking to be ultra-bulky-buff but just slightly bigger than I am and I am also doing HIIT to have more muscle definition.
