If it's really bad just ride out the storm and the next week when all is well again ask her what the deal is? Just cause she doesn't feel well it's no excuse to treat you like shit, however if you say that in the middle of the storm, yer fucked.
You deserve to be treated as least semi-decent 31 days a month, if she can't do that I'd hit the road.
