Have you met her parents? Spent any time with them? Do they like you? Maybe if they got to know you, they wouldn't take her time away from you.

If she gets defensive when you talk to her about it, try changing your approach. Tell her how you feel when your plans get changed and ask her to honor her commitments to your time.
