I echo your sentiments Booray. I think he did kill her, although I wish they hadn't left it so damn ambiguous. Had to watch it a second time and I still wasn't sure.
I just know this isn't going to ingratiate Nate to Lisa's family. "Hey, not only did I give you someone else's ashes to bury instead of Lisa's, I buried her body out in the desert. Where? I'm not completely sure! To top it all off, I made Barb's husband blow his brains out!"
I doubt he'll be invited to Thanksgiving anytime soon.
