I give blood every 8 weeks or so, and while that's not a substitute for an AIDS test, I would know if there was a problem. I've had several AIDS tests over the years, not that I live a high risk lifestyle, but you never know... You can't tell someone has something just by looking at them. My yearly gyno appointment tests for all the big STDs, and have always come up clean.
However, I was last tested 5 months ago, and I got a piece of paper that says I'm clean, if I were to have had any sexual activity in those past five months, that sort negates the results of the test ,because they are no longer up to the minute.
I wouldn't trust anyone enough to have unprotected sex.
