I'm assuming your on a Mac (or that the preferences are cross platform).
Under Preferences, click the "Advanced" icon and you'll see "iTunes Music folder location", click the "Change" button and choose a new folder.
I've never moved my entire library like that so I don't know if iTunes will copy everything to the new folder for you or if you'll need to do it. Should be a piece of cake either way.
