just kiss her, the worst thing that can happen is she'll slap you, kick you in the nuts, and file assault charges against you. But most likely she'd just look away or something. You've got nothing to lose by trying, if your nice and don't try to make her swallow your tongue on the first kiss. It took me four dates to work up the guts to kiss my girlfriend for the first time, and I can still remember what that kiss felt like, it was over two years ago.
