One of those times when you are both sitting there hand in hand, or hugging or whatever, and you are receiving one of those puppy-dog stares from her, say (in a soft voice) "how would you feel if I kissed you right now?" ...read her reaction and go with it. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT make it seemed staged. It must be "spur of the moment."
Just a WAG, but chances are she'll be both surprised and excited. Take it easy and don't Gretzky her tonsils, just a nice innocent kiss. She will be dying for more.
