Omid, look for her physical cues. When talking to her in an intamite(read- somewhere she feels safe but isolated) setting and she's ready to be kissed she'll do some of the following
1. breathe harder
2. turn more/all of her body towards you
3. move closer
4. touch
5. either lock eyes or completely shy away from all eye contact (can't stand the latter, what are they ashamed of?!)
Then just come up with some excuse to kiss her
"There is nothing in this world I want to do more right now than... kiss.. y(by this time you should have kissed her)"
If you both like each other, almost anything will do.
