Ask him why there aren't any copies of the book and ask him/her how many copies of the book their ordered in the first place. Also ask how many they have coming in for the next shipment and when that will be."
Tell me that you actually talked to a manager and ASKED him how many copies they had already sold, and how many they have on backorder.
