Thought it was interesting. As usual, glossing over anything that isn't black and white, ignoring nuance, skipping the fact that the war on terror isn't going well. It's amazing how disciplined the conservatives are, repeating "flip flopper" over and over like a mantra. I doubt that we'll hear anything at this convention that isn't about the "War on Terror" and how Shrub is making America safer. Nothing about the economy, nothing about education, nothing about healthcare, nothing about domestic issues at all.
McCain and Guliani were good, but Guliani in particular went on too long. I got tired of hearing "war on terror." I suspect by the end of this thing I'll be REALLY tired of hearing it.
The crowd seemed to be very enthusiastic, which is to be expected. This convention is going to be like a old time tent revival.
