I just finished watching the opening night of the RNC on ... pick your poison (MSNBC, FNC, CNN and CSPAN). I can already see the theme; GW is the great leader against the war on terrorism. But despite all of that, what were your thoughts on the keynote speakers? I found John McCain moving. I almost felt the warmth that I felt following the days after 9/11. Rudy, I thought threw out the red meat that the base was expecting and added a bit of anecdotal humor that the president needed. I thought that over all the republicans, tonight anyhow, were the winners over the opening night of the DNC. So please share your thoughts on the RNC opening night. Republican or Democrat. All of us here respect each others thoughts and this is a place of learning and sharing. So please. Be respectful to each other. Just honest opinions. No flames please!
