it is somethign to envy when a woman has a handful of spots on her body that can be touched or caressed and it feels good enough that you could orgasm to it. I don't have any stimulation points outside my crotch area, which means that you kinda feel left out of the fun if no genital stimulation occurs.
but I know for a fact that I can't drift off into complete bliss for more than the couple moments the orgasm occurs. That doesn't mean I don't enjoy the stimulation, but during sex I have to concentrate to make sure I'll be good to go for a reasonable amount of time. Women don't have that type of pressure to last because they can either have multiple orgasms without stopping or just take a while to climax. That assurance probably allows a women to relax and really enjoy what they are getting.
