If left alone they can eat about an entire field of soybeans, The most I've seen is an entire 2 acre field completely destroyed because the guy who owned it was too much of a stubburn ass to let people hunt it. Too bad for him

lost his entire crop.
It's also a big sport between the fellas I hunt with, one of them who is a very very avid hunter is up to about 130 hogs this year, I'm up to 45 and the other guy is at about 40 or so.
