Roasted garlic, black pepper, and olive oil
I call this gyro sauce, but it's kind of all purpose for anything, it's official name it tadtziki or something like that - I use it on everything
1 cup plain yoghurt (NOT Low fat)
1 medium cuke, shredded
2 garlic cloves very finely grated,
dash (1/4 tsp) of onion powder,
1 tbsp Greek olive oil, and
5 drops of lemon juice.
Lightly salt the cukes, and put in paper towel lined colander for about 1 hour.
Squeeze dry
Blend with yogurt and garlic powder.
Refridgerate until chilled
