Wow, thats a neat idea for a vaporizer! I made a different kind of Lightbulb Vaporizer once and it worked alright but very annoying to use, especially since the lightbulb gets covered with this black stuff from the flame you had to hold under it. I might have to try this out 
edit: yeah so i started this reply before the second lightbulb method was mentioned but anyone wanting to replicate it should follow the link in my post, it is quite thorough.
