Not having shaq, vince, bibby, kobe, or even Ray Allen is definately costing them.
Where's KG? The League MVP?
I'm glad at least Tim Duncan (I'm sorry I hate him so much though.) made the trip to make the team at least credible. Odom is looking ok too.

I agree that 'Melo needs to step it up though.
