I agree with a lot on this list so far, so I'll avoid repeating a long list and say the first one that came to my head:
Bill - Kill Bill Vol. 2
In the scenes with his character, he just inhabits the badass nature. The way he talks and acts fits perfectly in my head, even more than someone who just does badass things.
Definately like a lot of the lists though as well.
