It sounds stupid, but they make it too easy to use and dont take into account advanced users. They hold your hand too much and wont let go. The biggest reason for me not using it is the way they store the mustic in atrists\album\mp3
format while I have mine sorted in genre\artist\album\mp3 and dont want to change as my collection is shared between various computers and various OS' that don't all support iTunes so this layout greatly speeds up my searching for music
And what is with iTunes still using id3 v2.2 as default! It has been long replaced by v2.3 and v2.4
