Graying or whiting of hair IMO is mostly hereditary. I know there are other factors such as stress. I started graying when I was a senior in high school. Now at the ripe age of.... well in my 30's I have quite the salt n peppa going on.
Luckily, my sister is a hairstylist so I get my cuts for free and dyes for double that amount. It's funny, the younger girls love the dark hair look and the women my age and older like the graying look. It's actually a win win situation for me. The wife prefers it dyed.
Now the kick in the balls is that a few months ago I started noticing that my moustache and beard/goatee had a hair or two in there that was of the non dark color. Damn, I'm getting old.
