MSI boards are very reliable. Good choice.
For ripping, decrypting and burning, there are 4 programs that I use.
DVD Decrypter, DVD Shrink, Alcohol 120%, and Nero. That will do everything you mentioned above about burning pc games, console games, dvds, etc.
